Refund Policy

Refund requests are reviewed fairly and in line with the academy's booking and scheduling terms. Families are encouraged to contact support promptly if there is any issue with a class or payment.

Where appropriate, alternative lesson times, teacher rematching, or account credit may be offered before a refund is processed.
